In June 2026, registrations of industrial, commercial, and retail properties reached their highest level since August 2021, with 532 registrations recorded. This represents a m-o-m increase of approximately 16.9% and marks the 4th consecutive month of growth which is the first time since January 2021. In the first half of this year, the market recorded a total of 2,595 registrations, a y-o-y increase of around 13.5% and a four-year high.
Price of non-residential properties remained in a consolidation phase during the first half of the year. Besides of Grade A office rents and Grade B office prices that recorded a mild increase, prices and rents of other sectors declined by around 2%-4% in H1.
