租售價按月變幅（2026年7月）

•工廈方面，2026年7月售價指數按月下跌約0.2%，而租金指數則按月上升約0.4%。

•甲廈方面，2026年7月售價指數按月下跌約0.9%，而租金指數則按月上升約0.5%。

•乙廈方面，2026年7月售價指數按月下跌約2.1%，而租金指數則按月下跌約2.3%。

租售價累計按年變幅（2026年1月至7月）

•工廈方面，今年以來售價指數按年下跌約9.7%，而租金指數則按年下跌約3.2%。

•甲廈方面，今年以來售價指數按年下跌約12.5%，而租金指數則按年下跌約1.2%。
