•In September 2026, the registrations of industrial, commercial, and retail properties was 469, a m-o-m increase of 14.4%, while the registration value reached HKD 4.37 billion, representing a m-o-m decrease of 4.3%.

•For the first 9 months of this year, a total of 3,963 registrations were recorded, a y-o-y increase of approximately 16.5%, while the registration value reached HKD 40.57 billion, representing a y-o-y decrease of 0.2%.

M-o-M Changes in Rents and Prices (September 2026)

•In September 2026, price of industrial buildings decreased by around 0.3% m-o-m while the rent decreased by around 0.5% m-o-m.

•In September 2026, price of Grade A offices increased by around 0.8% m-o-m while the rent decreased by around 0.8% m-o-m.

•In September 2026, price of Grade B offices decreased by around 0.5% m-o-m while the rent decreased by around 2.6% m-o-m.

YTD Changes in Rents and Prices (January to September 2026)

•From January to September 2026, price of industrial buildings decreased by around 5.2% while the rent decreased by around 2.3%.

•From January to September 2026, price of Grade A offices decreased by around 4.5% while the rent increased by around 1.7%.

•From January to September 2026, price of Grade B offices increased by around 1.7% while the rent decreased by around 7.8%.
