美聯工商舖上半年業績超卓盈利按年飆升逾2.5倍 慶功宴犒賞精英

美聯工商舖今年上半年業績表現超出預期，盈利較去年同期大幅上升超過2.5倍，促成的成交金額亦按年增加逾20%，整體市佔率更已超越2025年全年水平。此外，跨業務協同效應進一步發揮，轉介至住宅部的相關營業額按年上升接近一倍，印證不同業務板塊之間的合作日益深化，並為集團帶來更廣闊的增長空間。根據美聯工商舖資料研究部綜合土地註冊處數據，2026年首七個月工商舖買賣註冊量累計錄得3,084宗，按年增加約12.9%，創近五年同期新高。
