5月份工商舖註冊量升7.6% 創9個月新高
Registrations rose 7.6% Hitting 9-month high
美聯工商舖行政總裁黃漢成指出,上月政府正式落實於今年10月推出滬港股票市場交易互聯互通機制試點,刺激商廈物業市場,加上政府宣佈擬於2016年結束近年推動工廈物業交投的活化計劃,不少投資者開始趕搭「尾班車」參與投資,配合市場預期低息延至2015年年初,6月份交投有望持續回暖。
5月份工商舖市場受各項利好因素帶動,交投創自去年8月以來九個月新高。根據美聯工商舖資料研究部綜合土地註冊處資料顯示,上月工商舖總註冊量錄得623宗,涉資約55億元,按月分別上升約7.6%及21.9%,價量齊升,反映市場氣氛向好。
Daniel Wong, CEO of Midland IC&I, pointed out on one hand, the upcoming cross-trading- of-Hong-Kong-and-Shanghai-shares Scheme in October will boost the office trading market in Hong Kong; on the other hand, investors may rush to invest for the ending of revitalization/conversion of industrial building. Since we expect low market interest rates hold until early 2015, we expect the sales transaction of commercial market turns good.
Above all, number of sales transaction and its volume increased 7.6% and 21.9% to 623 and about 5.5 billions respectively in May, hitting past 9-month high.
