上月工商舖買賣登記量創歷史新低

根據美聯工商舖資料研究部綜合土地註冊處資料顯示，2月份市場僅錄245宗工商舖買賣註冊，按月下跌21%外，宗數創出有紀錄以來的歷史新低水平。而整體工商舖註冊總值亦按月下跌10%至僅約37.1億元，創近兩年新低。

美聯工商舖行政總裁黃漢成表示，因股市表現動盪，大大削弱財富效應；用家觀望財政預算案出台，拖慢入市步伐；以及農曆新年因素影響，註冊日數減少等，導致上月整體工商舖買賣註冊量創出歷史新低。

Registered transactions dropped to a historical low level last month

According to Midland IC&I Research Department and Land Registry, only 245 sales transactions of industrial, commercial and shop properties were registered in February, which decreased by 21% m-o-m, hitting a new historical low record. Sales value only amounted to approximately HK$3.71 billion, which decreased by 10% m-o-m, also hitting a recent two-year low record.

Daniel Wong, the CEO of Midland IC&I, expressed that the volatility in stock market generated negative effect on wealth; and users took wait and see attitude before The Budget; and the fewer registered days due to Lunar New Year festival led to a historical low record of the number of registered transactions of non-residential properties.
